Partner Program Terms

Last updated October 13, 2026

1. The program

These terms cover the Puthouse partner program, run by PutHouse, Inc. ("Puthouse," "we," or "us"). By applying to or taking part in the program, you agree to them. We run the program on Dub, which hosts your partner dashboard, tracks referrals, and sends payouts, so Dub's own partner terms apply too.

2. Who can join

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement. We may approve, decline, or remove any partner. Joining doesn't make you an employee, agent, or representative of Puthouse. You're an independent partner and you can't make promises or sign agreements on our behalf.

3. What you earn

You earn 60% of what each customer you refer pays Puthouse during their first 12 months. A referral is someone new who signs up through your link or code and pays at least once.

Your link gets credit for 90 days after someone clicks it. If they later click another partner's link, that partner gets the credit instead. If they use your code at checkout, the referral is yours even without a click. Signing yourself up, creating duplicate accounts, or any other fake or self-made referral doesn't count.

Your audience gets $20 off their first purchase through your link or code. Don't offer other discounts or promise anything else on our behalf.

4. Getting paid

Each commission is held for 30 days in case of refunds or chargebacks. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is removed. Once $50 of your commission is past the hold, we pay it out through Dub. You're responsible for your own taxes and for any tax or payout details Dub asks for. We may withhold commission on referrals that look fraudulent or break these terms.

5. Saying it’s an ad

Every time you mention Puthouse, make it clear you're paid and say whether you use Puthouse. In written posts, start with #ad #PuthousePartner, before any other hashtags. In videos and live streams, say it out loud too, like "Sponsored by Puthouse, and I use it myself."

6. What you can and can’t say

Show how Puthouse works and share your honest take. Ideas that work well: how you set it up, a trade Puthouse explained to you in chat, or how it fits into your week, like it running while you work, travel, or spend time with family. Talk about your experience, not your earnings. Saying Puthouse makes you money, or showing how much, is a results claim, even when it's true.

When you post, don't:

  • Promise or suggest any return, income, or result.
  • Call Puthouse, options, or any strategy risk-free or guaranteed.
  • Give anyone personal investment advice or tell them what to buy or sell.
  • Show gains, losses, or returns from any account, real or paper. Blur or crop them out of screenshots and screen recordings.
  • Say anything false or misleading about Puthouse, our pricing, or how it works.
  • Spam people or break the rules of the platforms where you post.

Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and isn't right for everyone. If we ask you to change or remove something you posted about Puthouse, please do it promptly.

7. Using our name and logo

While you're a partner, you may use the Puthouse name, logo, and the assets we share to promote Puthouse under these terms. Don't change them, imply that you are Puthouse, or use them for anything else. This permission ends when you leave the program.

8. Changes to rewards

We may change the commission rate, the customer discount, or other program details, or end the program. We'll let you know before a change applies. A change never reduces commission you've already earned.

9. Responsibility for your posts

You're responsible for what you post. If someone brings a claim against Puthouse because of your content, or because you broke these terms or the law, you'll cover our resulting losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees.

10. Limits on our liability

The program is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost profits or a lost audience. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission we paid or owe you in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Leaving the program

Either of us can end the partnership at any time by email. When it ends, you stop earning on new referrals, and any commission that's already past the 30-day hold still gets paid, unless it came from fraud or a break of these terms.

12. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by Delaware law. Any dispute about them or the program will be settled by binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, held in Delaware. Disputes are handled individually, not as part of a class action or class arbitration.

13. Changes and questions

We may update these terms. If we make a change that matters, we'll let you know before it applies, and staying in the program after that means you accept it. Questions? Email hello@puthouse.com. See also our partner disclosure and Terms of Service.
